• Recent Account Statement (3 months old).
• Letter of No Relationship with Javer Personnel.
• Letter of commitment to the code of ethics, for suppliers, contractors and / or external services staff that provide their services in the facilities or during operations with Javer.
• Official Identification (INE or Passport) of the representative.
• Proof of Recent Address.
• Power of attorney of the Legal Representative.
• Registration with Social Security as employer.
• Constitutive Act and its current statutes.
• ISN State Account (only contractors for the States of Nuevo León and Jalisco).
• Interbank CLABE.
• Contact information: name, telephone and email.

Data Processing Purposes

"Javer" may treat the data previously indicated for the following primary purposes, which give rise and are necessary for the legal relationship between "Javer" and the owner.

• Acquisition of land, technical analysis and background.
• Leases, commissions, request for bonds and credits, provision of services.
• Hiring of labor and / or materials.
• Monitoring of the relationship with suppliers.
• Administrative processes such as returns, invoices, purchase history, application processing, collection, clarification, investigation.
• Control and realization of the processes of registration, cancellation or change of suppliers.

Transfer of Personal Data

"Javer" may, for the aforementioned purposes, transfer your data to "Managers" in terms of the Law on the matter, to Mexican third parties or foreigners on which it relies for its operation, and third parties in the real estate and construction sectors, as well as its subsidiaries, affiliates and parent company.

Access, rectification or cancellation of your personal data or opposition to its use.

As the owner of the data, you have the right to:

• Access to your personal data and thus know the details of the treatment thereof.

We inform you that the exercise of ARCO Rights will be free, but if you reiterate Your request in a period of less than twelve months, it will have the cost defined by Law, unless that there are substantial modifications to the Privacy Notice, which motivate new ARCO requests. You must cover the justified shipping costs or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats and, where appropriate, the cost of the certification of documents.

Means to revoke consent for the processing of personal data.

It is important for you to know that you can revoke your consent for the treatment of your personal data in the same way by which you gave your consent. Such that, if you request a confirmation of your request, "Javer" through the Privacy Official will respond to you expressly, ending the existing legal relationship with"Javer".

The response process will be as follows:

he Privacy Officer will respond to your ARCO Request and the reasons for its decision by email within a maximum period of 20 business days from the day on which your ARCO Request has been received. In the event that the ARCO Request is answered in the affirmative or appropriate manner, the requested changes will be made within a period maximum of 15 business days. The Responsible Party may notify you within the aforementioned terms in this paragraph the extension of the same, only once, for a period equal to the original.

It is possible that "Javer" may deny access for you to exercise your ARCO Rights, in the assumptions allowed by law, so you must inform us of the reason for such decision. Said refusal may be partial, in which case Javer will provide access, rectification, cancellation or opposition in the corresponding part.

Use of tracking technologies on the Javer website

On our website we use tracking technologies such as cookies and web beacons or web bugs (terms defined below) through which it is possible to monitor your visits as Internet user, provide a better service and user experience when browsing our page, as well as offer you promotional banners new products and services based on your preferences.
