Complying with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties, hereinafter the "Law"; Casas Javer S.A. de C.V., hereinafter ("Javer"), with address on September 16 # 301, between Hidalgo and Corregidora, Colonia Centro, San Pedro Garza García, N.L, C.P. 66230, is responsible for the use, treatment and protection of the information and personal data that it collects from you or those to whom have access by any means to provide with a service. If you do not expresses refusal to process your data, in the format enabled in this Notice to exercise your ARCO rights, it will be understood that you have given your consent.

Personal Data Collected:

The data that "Javer" can collect by means ofelectronic, printed, direct and / or personal, are the following:

Personal:

• Identification data: Full name, date and place of birth, address, home phone, cell phone, marital status, company in which you work, number of children, age of your children, gender, address of your work, position, seniority in the company, e-mail, professional license, driver's license, marriage certificate, birth certificate, your INE credential number, copy of passport, Unique Population Registry Code, Federal Registry of Taxpayers, proof of address, marital status, schooling, family reference, personal reference, image in any format and your signature.
• Identification data of your spouse: Full name, date of birth, address, INE credential number, Unique Registration Code of Population, position, seniority in the company, address where you work, work phone, and image in any format.
• Identification data of the co-accredited person: Full name, company where they work, date of birth, work address, position, work phone, seniority at work and image in any format.

Economic:

• Income in your current and previous job, SSN, income of the co-creditor, pay stub, INFONAVIT or bank prequalification, spouse's SSN, state your spouse's salary and payroll account.

Purposes of the Processing of your Data

"Javer" may collect the data previously indicated for the following primary purposes, which arise and are necessary for the legal relationship between "Javer" and the owner.

• Buying and selling of real estate.
• Generate a database to follow up on interested parties
• Socioeconomic and sociodemographic studies
• Administrative processes such as returns, invoices, historical purchases, application processing, collection, clarification, investigation.
• Control and implementation of subsequent consultation processes, credits, titling and underwriting.
• Marketing, advertising and commercial prospecting.

Additionally, "Javer" will use your personal data for the following secondary purposes, which allow and facilitate us to provide you with better service:

• Newsletters.
• Improved control and implementation of subsequent consultation processes, credits,titling and underwriting.
• Implementation of improvements in products and services.
• Communicate targeted promotions.
• Invitations to special events.
• Customer service, congratulations, welcome messages.

Transfer of Personal Data

"Javer" may, for the aforementioned purposes, transfer your data to "Managers" in terms of the Law on the matter, to Mexican third parties or foreigners in which it relies for its operation, and third parties from the real estate sector, construction, subdivision administrators, as well as their subsidiaries, affiliates and controllers.

Access, rectification or cancellation of your personal data or opposition to their use.

As the owner of the data, you have the right to:

• Access to your personal data and thus know the details of the treatment and use of the same.
• Rectification in case they are inaccurate or incomplete.
• Cancellation when it is considered that they are not required for any of the indicated purposes, are being used for non-consensual purposes or the contractual or service relationship has ended.
• Opposition to their use for specific purposes (collectively, the "ARCO Rights").

To exercise your ARCO Rights, you must send a request, which you can download here, to the attention of the Privacy Officer, at the following email address derechosarco@javer.com.mx

We inform you that the exercise of ARCO Rights will be free, but if you reiterate your request in a period of less than twelve months, it will have the cost defined by Law, unless there are substantial modifications to the Privacy Notice, which motivate new ARCO requests. You must cover the justified shipping costs or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats and, where appropriate, the cost of the certification of documents.

Means to revoke consent for the processing of personal data.

It is important for you to know that you can revoke your consent for the treatment of your personal data in the same way by which you gave your consent. Such that, if you request a confirmation of your request, "Javer" through the Privacy Official will respond to you expressly, ending the existing legal relationship with"Javer".

The response process will be as follows:

The Privacy Officer will respond to your ARCO Request and the reasons for its decision by email within a maximum period of 20 business days from the day on which your ARCO Request has been received. In the event that the ARCO Request is answered in the affirmative or appropriate manner, the requested changes will be made within a period maximum of 15 business days. The Responsible Party may notify you within the aforementioned terms in this paragraph the extension of the same, only once, for a period equal to the original.

It is possible that "Javer" may deny access for you to exercise your ARCO Rights, in the assumptions allowed by law, so you must inform us of the reason for such decision. Said refusal may be partial, in which case Javer will provide access, rectification, cancellation or opposition in the corresponding part.

Limits to the use of your personal data.

Now, as an alternative to limit the scope of processing of your data you may register in the Public Registry to avoid advertising, dependency in charge of the Federal Consumer Attorney. For more information about this registry, you can consult the PROFECO Internet portal or get in direct contact with it.

Use of tracking technologies on the Javer website

On our website we use tracking technologies such as cookies and web beacons or web bugs (terms defined below) through which it is possible to monitor your visits as Internet user, provide a better service and user experience when browsing our page, as well as offer you promotional banners new products and services based on your preferences. The personal data that we may obtain from these tracking technologies are the following: browsing hours, time of navigation on our website, sections consulted. In the same way, the "Javer" portal has links to other external sites, of which the content and privacy policies are not their responsibility. The personal data obtained through these technologies may be shared with Mexican or foreign third parties in which "Javer" is supported for its operation, as well as its subsidiaries, affiliates and parent company.

For more information, Cookie is a data file that is stored on the hard drive of the computer equipment or electronic communication device of a user on the internet, which allows the exchange of information between said site and the user's browser. Such information may reveal means of identification of the session, authentication or user preferences, as well as any data stored by the browser with respect to the website.

And a web beacon is a visible or hidden image on a website or in an email, used to monitor the behavior of users by said media.

Changes to the Privacy Notice

This privacy notice may undergo changes or updates derived from new legal requirements; for your own needs of "Javer" or by changes in its business model, in the understanding that all modification to it will be made known to you through the publication of this notice on the "Javer" website, so we recommend you review it frequently.

As part of the concern of "Javer" for the proper use of your data, where possible event that a security breach occurs in any phase of the processing of personal data, which significantly affects your economic or moral rights, the Privacy Officer will communicate immediately on the "Javer" website the security breach event, so that you can take the necessary action for the defense of your rights.

Protection Mechanisms

At "Javer" we have internal controls for the management of information and security measures, including tools to encrypt and authenticate information that keep your personal information safe. Your personal data is processed through secure network systems and can only be accessed by a limited number of people with special rights, who are required to keep such information confidential.
