Last Thursday, August 20, the delivery of recognitions among companies certified by Great Place to Work® within the industry: “Construction, Infrastructure and Real Estate”, took place.
JAVER participates in the category of 500 to 5000 collaborators together with other real estate agencies at a national level. With the results obtained in our latest work environment survey, we have achieved a great 3rd place nationally as one of the Best Places to Work® 2020.
Undoubtedly, this result is due in large part to its collaborators, who are willing to live the culture and values of the company wherever they operate.
In these times of contingency, where we have seen the need to adapt
processes and acquire new skills, this recognition takes a much more meaningful value to everyone. We thank our collaborators because they have become true leaders throughout this time, sharing their knowledge and permeating good practices in their work teams.
Finally, we know that this recognition represents a giant step forward in our objectives set in the short and medium term, that is why at JAVER we promise to be better every day.
