Arborización

In order to develop and foster a social commitment to the community, on Sunday June 10 Casas JAVER carried out a tree planting in synergy with the waste collection company Red Ambiental and the civil association Movimiento de Activción Citizen (MOVAC).

Within the framework of World Environment Day, this event was held at the Primary School Professor Alejandro Rodríguez Lucio of the community of Valle Santa Isabel, located in the Casas Javer subdivision of the same name, in the municipality of Juárez, Nuevo Leon.

“We are proud to be part of this initiative. At Casas JAVER we are convinced of the importance of generating environmental awareness among children and that they know why it is important to carry out this type of activity, but above all, that they know what the long-term benefits are that these actions will bring for their future ”,commented José Juan González, Planning Director of Casas Javer.

During the event, there was a total attendance of 122 people, including 47 volunteers and 75 parents and children. 50 trees in the region were planted, which will help to capture 10 kilos of CO2.

In addition to arborization, paint improvements were made to benches and ramps, pruning and weeding green areas, painting safety lines and, together with the child volunteers, a mural was painted at the main entrance to the elementary school in commemoration of the event.

This event allows Casas JAVER, Red Ambiental and MOVAC to multiply the impact of their social actions and promote a more inclusive community, in which neighbors and volunteers work together to achieve a better living space for children from Valle Santa Isabel.

In this way, Casas JAVER reaffirms its commitment as a Socially Responsible Company and orients its operations and processes towards achieving a positive effect for its interest groups.
